Ingredients
1 kg minced meat
1 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp cumin
3 handfuls of mushrooms
3 eggs
1/3 cup grated cheese
2 onions
1/3 cup sunflower oil
salt

Method
Stews in the oil chopped onions, add chopped mushrooms and sauté. When the mixture cool, add chopped boiled eggs and cheese. Is blended into minced meat with pepper, cumin and salt to taste. Divide the mince into 6 parts, which are shaped like buns, in the center of each put in 1/6 of the mushroom mixture and turn of the spindle. Bake in very hot BBQ.
