Stuffed cabbage with meat and tomatoes

Ingredients
750 g of ground beef
1 cabbage
Chapter 1 (50 g) onion
1-2 (100 g) carrots
3-4 (200 g) tomatoes
8- 10 cloves of garlic
1 tbsp (10 g) flour
3/4 cup (150 ml) vegetable oil
1 cup (200 ml) tomato juice
1 tsp (5 g) red pepper
1/2 cup (100 g) rice

parsley
salt
Method
Cabbage is cleared and carving with a sharp knife. Chop finely and stew in fat along with carrots, chopped and tomatoes, grated. Add red pepper, meat and rice. Mixture pour 1 cup hot water to the rice, then stir in pepper, chopped parsley and salt to taste. Cabbage is filled with the mixture and opening her sprinkle with a little flour. Put it in a deep dish, pour tomato juice and 2 cups hot water and boil on low heat. At the end of cooking add chopped garlic.
