Ingredients
4 chicken fillets
2 tbsp butter or olive oil
4 tbsp white wine
rosemary
oregano
salt, pepper
# For the filling:
200 g mushrooms
1 stalk leek - chopped finely
1 tbsp vegetable oil
curry
salt, pepper
Method
Fillets are cut in half width and sprinkle with salt, pepper, rosemary and oregano. Coated with the butter.
