Stuffed chicken with pasta, rice and mushrooms

Ingredients
1 chicken - about 1.5-2 kg
1 onion
1 carrot
50 g corn
150 g mushrooms mushrooms
200 g macaroni
1 cup long-grain rice
150 ml cooking cream
salt, pepper
thick thread and needle appropriate
60 g butter for the roux

Method
Chicken wash well. Put it in the appropriate tray. The butter melts. Fry the onions, chopped carrot cubes, chopped mushrooms. Add spices to suit your taste, stir, then add the rice, corn and pasta. Finally, add the cream, mix well and let simmer for 5-10 minutes on low heat. Chicken is filled with the mixture after cool. Sutured well. If remaining stuffing can be distributed in the tray, around the chicken before baking as making up at least 2 cups water. Bake in preheated oven at 200C degrees for about an hour.
