Stuffed mushrooms with ham

Ingredients
12 large mushrooms
100 g ham
potato 1
2 eggs
3 tbsp cream
100 g sour cream
40 g butter
thin slices of bread
salt
parsley
Method
Mushroom stalks are chopped onion and sauté in a part of the butter with a little chopped parsley and salt until soft. Add the chopped ham, grated finely grater boiled potatoes, eggs, a little cream, salt and mix. Mushrooms filled with the prepared stuffing, took shape in the form of cones and place in a greased baking dish with butter fire on thin slices of white bread. Bake for half an hour, while baking pour sour cream.
