Kus-put up added to the minced meat and eggplant you?
Yes. The fine couscous is as big meal.
and varim with minced meat and eggplant until almost you?
Do not boil. Once wrong with eggplant mixture and seasoned with garlic, remove from fire. During the one-hour grilling it swells and boiled juice of sauce and peppers. If you boil gown will become of glue. It is the size of the meal, even I'm sure that can replace it.
By the way - the true couscous never boil. Pasta balls, which in Bulgaria is called couscous, boil pasta each course. This recipe is not pasta couscous.
OK you will try to orizche :)
If you will try with rice, you put it shortly after the eggplant and doleesh water so that the rice to become semi, I think that about 1, 5 cup water 1 cup rice should be sufficient. Peppers should fill only 2/3 of the stuffing and to doleesh water to above, in which rice can be cooked during baking. Quite make changes, but also delicious.
Rally, paddy eggplant into small cubes you cut it up and cook before becoming ready (to be awarded itself), right? In the pan put a little water in baking? I think I'll try it soon.
Yes, I eggplant never trouble. Small cubes do it and cook it until almost I would say. Not harsh and wiry, but not pureed. In the pan put water, really just enough not to get the juice of charcoal if dripped. Not be cooked inside. Good luck! The recipe I'm doing it often and like even my son who (take note! ) HATES eggplant! But I did not and I say that there;)
