Surprise Eggs

Ingredients
14 eggs
200 ml cream
200 g of milk chocolate
200 g dark chocolate
100 g butter
20 ml egg liqueur
100 ml sugar syrup
Method
Eggs shake well. Drill hole from the dull side and its interior is evacuated through it. The interior of the shell was rinsed with boiling water, and they were allowed to drain. For the filling cream and is heated while stirring in it is placed on the chocolate. When it is melted, the mixture was allowed to cool slightly. Softened butter mix of foam and it is poured sugar syrup and egg liqueur. The resulting cream is added to the melted chocolate. Using a syringe eggshells are filled with this mixture. Place in a refrigerator for 4 hours to harden the filler. Ready eggs are dyed and open decorate optional.

Great idea, so be painted eggs, and I do like sweet eggs, but cool in the refrigerator blanch shells and put them to decorate Easter cake. Cream paint it in different colors.
