Ingredients
500 g puff pastry
2 tsp mustard
3 tomatoes
salt, pepper
1 bunch basil, can and dry
150 g grated cheese
2 eggs
50 ml milk

Method
Beat mustard, milk, eggs with salt and pepper and pour the mixture over the dough, previously spread out in a baking dish. Arrange on top sliced tomatoes on wheels, is dusted basil and cheese on top. Bake for 20 minutes until gilding.
