Ingredients
4 small trout
2 tbsp flour
80 g butter
100 g peeled almonds
the juice of 1 lemon
parsley
pepper
salt
Method
Trout cleaned and dried, then pressed into a mixture of flour, salt and pepper. Fry in a little butter and sprinkle with lemon juice and chopped parsley. Almonds fried in most of the butter and fried with butter almonds put on fish.
