Trout in champagne

Ingredients
3 trout fish
400 ml champagne
75 g butter
200 g cream
1 onion
1 carrot
1 lemon
pepper
salt
Method
Trout Add salt and sprinkle with pieces butter and pepper. Put to bake in the oven, as is showered with champagne. Chop the onion finely and fry in remaining butter, add the grated carrot and. Add to half a lemon and cream. Trout served with cream sauce and lemon pieces.
