Ingredients
1 kg of flour
3 eggs
4 tbsp yogurt
1 tsp salt
1 tbsp sugar
1 cube of yeast (40 g)
2 tbsp sunflower oil
125 g butter spreads
# For stuffing:
500 g feta cheese
2 eggs
200 g cheese
Method
Yeast dissolved in 1 cup warm water with sugar and allowed to rise. Make a well in the flour, pour it lightly beaten eggs, yogurt, salt, the oil and yeast leavening. Knead the dough and let it rise. Stir products for stuffing, as the cheese must be grated. Then divide the dough into 8 balls Roll each ball with melted butter mazhem and part of the filling, roll up roll of phyllo, leaving it to rise and bake at 180C for 45 minutes.
