Veal chops with sauce Cafe de Paris

Ingredients
4 veal cutlets
salt, pepper
flour for rolling
frying fat
# For sauce Cafe de Paris:
100 g butter
100 ml cooking cream
2 cloves garlic (pressed)
1 tsp mustard
1 tsp curry
1 tsp lemon juice
1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp cognac
2 tbsp finely chopped parsley
pinch basil, thyme, marjoram, rosemary, oregano, tarragon
zest 1/2 lemon

Method
Sauce: The butter is heated, add all ingredients without the cream and stir. Add the cream, stir and allow to boil and thickens. Put salt if needed. cutlets seasoned with salt and pepper, rolled in flour and fry in heated oil until ready. Every chop put in 1-2 tbsp sauce and served with potato garnish.
