Veal cutlets in parchment paper

Ingredients
4 veal cutlets
4 slices ham obeztlastena
30 g butter
1 tbsp (10 ml) sunflower oil
100 g mushrooms
2 small onions
pepper
salt
Method
Crushed cutlets lightly fried in a mixture of butter and sunflower oil. Remove, add salt is sprinkled with pepper in remaining oil fry finely chopped mushrooms and onions. Part of fat smeared 4 pieces parchment paper or foil, on each parchment napkin placed a slice of ham on top chop and top a mixture of mushrooms and onions, turns well and bake 10-15 minutes in low oven. Cutlets served in parchment paper.
