Vishnevo-almond cheesecake

Ingredients
# For the base:
1 cup ground almond biscuits
1/2 cup ground almonds
1/2 cup butter
2-3 tbsp caster sugar
1 egg
# For Cherry Stuffing:
200 g. jam cherries
2-3 tbsp sugar
2 tbsp starch
# For the cream:
600 g feta cheese or cream Mascarpone
1 hour. h. powdered sugar
3 eggs
1 tbsp Amaretto liqueur

Method
Biscuits, almonds, the butter, powdered sugar and egg knead dough. Spread in greased form cake with removable boards with size 22-24 cm diameter. Bake 8-10 minutes at 160 C. Sweet and sugar and boil them a solution in 1/2 cup water starch. Boil to thicken. Once cool, spread over baked base. Cream the feta cheese mix with the sugar and eggs fluffy cream. Add the liqueur. The resulting cream is poured over cherry and smoothed. Cheesecake is baked in a water bath 25-30 minutes at 180 C. Remove from the form after cool and stand in refrigerator at least 1 hour.
