Walnut layered cake with chocolate

100 g chocolate
200 g flour
100 g butter
50 g sugar
500 ml milk
3 eggs
5 g baking powder (1/2 bag)

500 g cream
50 g chocolate
Chocolate is melted in a water bath and allow to cool. Beat the butter, sugar and eggs. Pour the flour and baking powder and make milk. In a greased with butter and sprinkled with flour baking dish pour the dough and bake in the oven at 175 C. Allow to cool. Clean walnuts bruised. 400 g cream is stirred and mixed with the walnuts. The base is cut in two, smeared with half of walnut cream and two parts stick together. Mix remaining cream and after eliminating the 4 tbsp of her, she smears on the entire cake. 50 g chocolate is melted, pour together with the separated cream in spray and decorate the surface of the cake. You can garnish with whole walnuts.

Sounds good, but just did not understand the melted and cooled chocolate where used in swamps, or the?

And I think the flour should be added last myasno in a cake, not milk.

I do not think is so vague and there is no problem with the flour, I assure you. This recipe know it from pastry chef, several times I've cooked myself and ... no problem.
