Fried eggs with salo

Ingredients
100-150 g salted salo
5-6 eggs

Method
Salo is cut into small pieces and fry until browned on crackling. Then subtracted crackling and fat add slightly beaten eggs with a fork. Stir until tight. Remove the pan from the heat and sprinkle with red pepper on top and garnish with crackling.

Abe kvi are these rustic dishes, where they make me think of a village which is unlikely who for his part will go, because there is no longer there. And the dishes are perfect and delicious! Applause!

I because I grew up in a village. Up in the mountain hamlets of Apriltsi. We have two houses are now empty but always think of dishes in my grandparents.

I do not know whether this is a rural dish, my father was born and industry in Sofia, had no grandmother in the village, but for him the eggs home fried with lard or bacon.

eggs can much more rural cook :)
