Dried green beans with salo

Ingredients
2-3 handfuls (500 g) dried green beans
200 g salo
1 pork leg
pork ear 1
200 g blood sausage
10 dried red peppers
salt
Method
Beans washed well with hot water. Leg and ear maceration in cool water. Salo washed but not soaked in water. In a large pot put beans, and above it is added pig leg, salo, cut into several pieces, pork ear and the blood sausage. Pour water and cook on low heat. At the end add the dried red peppers.
