Hake with potatoes in the oven

Ingredients
1 hake - about 1 kg
5 potatoes
2 onions
1 cup white wine
1 lemon
1/3 cup sunflower oil
salt, pepper

Method
The entire length of the fish (in the back) made deep cuts, which put one slice of lemon. The fish is placed in the pan, greased with half of the oil. Around it are arranged potatoes (cut into thin slices) and onions (also sliced). Salt and pepper sprinkles. Pour in the remaining sunflower oil. Bake in preheated oven at 220 C about 35 minutes. After the first 10 minutes add the wine. Optional can cover the tray with foil in the first 20 minutes and then finish cooking outdoors.

Reni is very tasty with potatoes. If you want, you can put garlic.
