Quick cake, banana and melon

3 ripe bananas
150-200 g melon
2 eggs
tea cup sugar 1
1 tea cup of sunflower oil
1 tea cup broken walnuts
2 tea cup flour
1 tsp baking soda
10 g baking powder
# For the syrup:
1 cup sugar
1 cup water
1 vanilla
powdered sugar for sprinkling

Bananas and melon make mashed with device for chopping potatoes are added to them other products such as flour with thickeners are added last. All stir again until a uniform mixture. Pour the mixture into a greased with sunflower oil and flour pan and bake about 40 minutes at 170 C. Prepare the syrup. When the cake is ready, while warm, is pricked with a toothpick and pour the syrup. When well over, sprinkle with powdered sugar.

Sladkishcheto was good. It is really quick to prepare, flavorful and is not the least tasty. I added half a cup of flour that I stood rarely (maybe depends on the size of bananas and types of melon). It baked again I stood wet, but that I loved. After the syrup has become even more beautiful. Thank you for the nice recipe petqanabel. There are pictures of me.

It was superb! I followed the exact weight (only vanilla you use more), and I get a lot better. Because of the comments I got yellow, not green melon and larger bananas! Aroma drifted to the first floor :)
