Souffle with broccoli

Ingredients
500 g potatoes
500 ml milk
500 g broccoli
150 g butter
100 g ham
60 g parmesan cheese
5 eggs
salt, pepper, nutmeg
Method
Wash well broccoli, boil them in salted water and blend them. And boil potatoes in salted water, peel them and blend them and them alone. In a large pot, melt 50 g butter, add the potatoes stirring, add the slightly warmed milk, after add the puree of broccoli, finely chopped ham, Parmesan, remaining butter, nutmeg, salt and egg yolks one by one. Gently mix everything with a wooden spoon. Separately, beat egg whites on hard snow and gently with mild agitation add them to the mixture. Pour the mixture in a porcelain or glass pan greased with butter and bake for about 30 minutes in preheated oven at 190 C. At the surface must be obtained crust.
