Ingredients
250 g kadaif
250 g chopped walnuts
100 g butter
# For the syrup:
1.2 liters of water
400 g sugar
2 vanilla

Method
Kadaif spread in a dry pan and bake in moderate oven until pale pink color. Add the walnuts, stir and bake again. Remove from the oven and pour the heated butter and leave to cool. Boil the syrup for topping and allow to cool slightly. Pour warm up the cold kadaif with syrup, cover to stew and to take syrup.

This kadaif not the balls and is like cotton candy and spread in the pan.

It was very tasty, especially after staying in refrigerator about 1 day. Since my kadaif beshte roasted need to twisted the execution of the recipe, but I tried to keep the proportions. First I poured kadaif with melted butter, sprinkled it with nuts (walnuts and almonds) and then I poured hot syrup. The result is great!
