Ingredients
1 egg yolk + 1
500 g flour
2 tsp sugar
1 and 1/2 tsp salt
2 tbsp butter
1 tsp dry yeast

Method
Place the egg in a measuring cup and add an amount of water so as to obtain 300 ml. The bread is cooked as it is in the specification of the machine using the main program with an average baked crust. Obtained 750 g of bread.
