Option entree with potatoes

Ingredients
1 kg potatoes
200 g mayonnaise
ham or fresh sausage
pickles
clove garlic
salt
olives
dry sausage

Method
Well washed potatoes are boiled and steam is still hot Peel. Used in 2 versions - if cut into slices or cubes, leave to cool first. If creased (or pass through the press for potatoes), this must be done while they are still hot. Pickles and ham, in the amount and proportion of taste, chopped very finely. Garlic and pass a stir with mayonnaise. It all added to the cooled potatoes. Mix well and, if necessary, season with salt. The finished mixture is distributed in individual bowls, decorate with slices of pickles, dry sausage, olives and optional sprig of green seasoning.

To this mixture add-boiled eggs and a little cheese (cheese) and children daub of toast.

Ah, Inche again surprised with a good idea. :) This much I like.
