Serbian walnut layered cake

Ingredients
5 eggs
150 g sugar
1 vanilla sugar
150 g ground walnuts
20 g breadcrumbs
# For the cream:
200 g butter
100 g sugar
1 tbsp instant coffee or cocoa
ground walnuts
optional slightly syrupy the base

Method
Stir the yolks foam with sugar and add the vanilla sugar, add bread crumbs and ground walnuts and mixed well. Egg whites fight hard snow pribavyamei to the mixture and mix again. Pour into a baking dish or other suitable pre-greased and floured flour. Bake 25-30 minutes of 175S. For the cream - Beat the butter and sugar, add coffee and stir until the butter take coffee. Leave it a bit cold to harden. When the base cool is cut in two. Bottom base is slightly syrupy optional, smeared with cream, put it second base, cream and sprinkle with walnuts.
