Lokumcheta of leek

Ingredients
2-3 leeks onion
100 g processed cheese
4 tbsp flour
egg 1
1 cup crushed cornflakes

Method
Leeks cut into pieces with a length of 3-4 cm, boiled in salted water for 5-6 minutes until soft. Once cool the core is removed and replaced them with processed cheese. Received lokumcheta Oval in succession in flour, beaten egg and finally in cornflakes. Fried to golden.

Try this recipe. It is very tasty. While still warm can sprinkle with pepper or other spices to taste.
