Coir blocks

Ingredients
85 g sugar
50 g butter
200 g cream
2 vanilla
200 g coconut
# Oval:
200 g chocolate

Method
In court, heat the cream, the butter and sugar. Stir until the sugar is melted. Add vanilla and coconut and mix well. Allow the mixture to cool. Cover the tray with aluminum foil and pour the mixture. Shape hands rectangular plate. Place in refrigerator for 2 hours. With a knife cut blocks. Water bath melt the chocolate with a spoon and pour each block.

are great, do yourself a homemade Bounty. A lubrication chocolate you can speed it up by dipping each block in melted chocolate - whole, half, just a little ... I loved and will do again - must!

to ask you how you seem mixture before putting it in the refrigerator? What I got was quite liquid mixture. My coconut I do not dry and does not absorb the cream and butter.
