Ingredients
2 eggs
1 cup lukewarm water
1 cup sugar
150 ml melted margarine or sunflower oil
2 cup flour
1 vanilla
1/2 tsp soda
1 tbsp cocoa

Method
All mix, Pour into custard cups or muffin and bake for about half an hour. Fan - 150C, plain - 160C. Before you pour the mixture into cups, coating them with sunflower oil and bake.

cupcakes were good! Instead of soda put baking powder and cocoa increased the double. I did not plan to do and I had nothing suitable for glaze, so I glued with jam on a cookie on each cake :)
