Lutenitsa in baking

Ingredients
2 eggplants
10-12 red fleshy peppers
2 carrots
4-5 cloves garlic
1 onion
tomato puree 300 ml
150 ml sunflower oil
2 tsp sugar or honey 1 tbsp
1 and 1/2 tsp salt
pinch of cumin
pepper and savory optional

Method
Eggplant and peppers are roasted, peeled and coarsely chopped, cooked carrots or cut them in rings and in a suitable container they are dropped to 4 5 minutes in the microwave to soften (without water), garlic is crushed, it onion chopped - all grind it well with a food processor, chopper or blender - whatever you have on hand. Add the tomato paste, the oil, sugar (honey), salt and spices, stir and pour a nice mixture in the tank of the machine for bread. Run the program brewing jam. While turning once you run the program one more time. If you need to get it DOSO so do it until boil. Then you fill the jars (5-6 jars go baby) seal them and sterilize them 10-15 minutes to cap. * If your machine is larger with two agitators as in the case is my - increase eggplant with 1 number, peppers with 5-6, 1 carrot, tomato paste 100 g the oil 50 ml, add 1 tbsp sugar or more 1 tablespoon honey, garlic is a whole chapter and onions with another chapter. Spices and salt already make them to your liking.

Good idea! Amazing sounds, but today will try.

Soon again I worked on it and instead put pepper 1/2 compote jar pepper puree, become even more delicious.
