Hungarian goulash mixed

Ingredients
200 g pork
400 g lamb
200 g veal
3 onions
2 tbsp sunflower oil
2 chillies
thyme, oregano, cumin, nutmeg
salt and pepper
mashed potatoes
Method
Cut the meat into chunks, sprinkle with spices and mix well. In effuse court (eg, wider and deep fried) becomes heated fat. Pour meat and finely chopped onion, mix well and reduces the temperature - began to stew over low heat for 2 hours. The finish is added chopped chillies. During the cooking process is not added any liquid. Served on a bed of mashed potatoes.
