Ingredients
1/2 cup butter at room temperature
3/4 cup Peanut butter
1 cup brown sugar
1 and 1/2 cup flour
1 egg
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp baking powder
1 cup chocolate, chopped into small pieces
a pinch of salt and nutmeg

Method
In a bowl mix the dry products. The butter is mixed with peanut butter. Add sugar and egg. Mix well. To the oil mixture, dry products. Stir until complete mixing of the products. Finally put chocolate pieces. The dough form small balls. Arrange on a tray covered with baking paper and flatten slightly with a fork. Bake 8-10 minutes at 180 C in a preheated oven. Leave to cool on a metal grid.
