Ingredients
150 g butter
4 egg whites
1 cup sugar
1 cup flour
200 g walnuts
# For glaze:
4 yolks
1 cup powdered sugar
1/4 cup cognac
1 vanilla powder

Method
The butter mix with sugar. Add ground walnuts, flour and egg whites snow. Mix well. Bake in greased with butter and scatter with flour to form pinking. Still hot pour glaze, which is prepared as follows: the egg yolks and sugar are beaten to whiten, then add the vanilla and cognac. Eat after 1-2 days. When serving cake can be cut into thin strips that resemble keys.

The other name of this cake is the *Keys*. Is super! Try it!

But I do, *Agnes* yellow glaze yolks, powdered sugar and lemon juice (except brandy). It is very fragile, but the taste dessert becomes universal, even for children and teetotalers. Try :)

I was not sure how fresh the eggs that I had, so I added to the mixture and egg yolks. Top sprinkled with melted chocolate.

It was very delicious cake, but I poured it after cool down. I break the yolks with the sugar in a water bath, but do not get this wonderful crispy crust ...
