Spinach dolmas with eggs

Ingredients
500 g spinach with large leaves
150 g mushrooms
1 cup rice
1 bunch spring onions
1 bunch parsley
3 carrots
100 ml sunflower oil
salt, paprika, pepper
4-5 eggs
Method
Fresh onion cut onion, carrots grated. Onions and carrots are steamed with the oil under the hood. Add the washed and chopped mushrooms, and when tender and add the rice and spices. Fry a few minutes and remove from heat. In the mixture and add chopped parsley. Eggs are cut into 6 pieces each. Take 2-3 spinach leaves Pour 1 tsp of the filling and place 1 piece egg. Turn on dolmaschki and lining up in a deep saucepan. Pour 3 cups water and cook for 15-20 minutes.
