Ingredients
1 kg lamb ribs
8 garlic cloves
butter
salt
pepper
4 thin slices of ham
Method
Lamb ribs are cut into portions and with a sharp knife, make incisions around each ribs without is cut completely. Rub with salt and pepper and garlic shpikovat. Spread with butter and shrinking circle like a crown. Wrapped with ham, which is fastened with toothpicks or sew. The crown is placed upright on the bars of the BBQ and baked to readiness. In presentation in the center of the crown optional can put lettuce.
