1 clove garlic
1 tbsp parsley
pinch of pepper
2 tbsp olive oil
1 onion
smoked meat or sausage of your choice - optional
# For the batter:
flour, breadcrumbs
Egg
fat frying
Method
Products for filling Strain and puree filled olives. Oval consecutively in flour, beaten egg and breadcrumbs and fry until golden.
