Salad of mushrooms

Ingredients
250 g mushrooms without stalks
3 peppers
1 tbsp (10 ml) sunflower oil
1 tbsp (10 ml) vinegar
1 sprig parsley
pinch of sugar
salt
pepper
Method
Washed mushrooms are cut into very thin pieces, cleaned peppers julienne, arranged in the salad and sprinkle with topping, which is prepared by mixing other products.

salad of raw mushrooms is not recommended to be consumed by people with diseases of the stomach due to the large cellulose content and digestibility difficult.

, however, are very tasty

As a child I ate raw mushrooms and still whine around me, how I would be poison and whatnot. Never anything I would, even as I was pregnant I had acids whatnot, but not raw mushrooms. And they taste great!
