Ingredients
1. 5 kg red peppers
3 large tomatoes
3-4 onions
4-5 cloves garlic
400 ml cream
1/3 cup sunflower oil
salt
pepper
Method
The peppers are baked and cleaned of skin, seeds and stems. Onion stew, add grated tomatoes and chopped garlic. After 10 minutes, add chopped peppers, spices and 1 cup water. Boil no more than 10-15 minutes and remove from heat. Stirring continuously, add the cream. Optional add dill. It can be consumed warm, but cold is more delicious.
