Soup zelenishi with toasted dry red pepper

Ingredients
300 g nettle (spinach, orache, sorrel)
1 onion or a few sprigs of fresh
1 small carrot optional
3 tbsp sunflower oil
2-3 canned tomatoes
1 dry red pepper
1-2 tbsp rice
salt
parsley (mint)

Method
Finely chopped onion with grated carrot slightly smothered in a hot sunflower oil. Add chopped nettles and tomatoes and sauté a few minutes. Pour about 1 liter of hot water. As a boil, salt it and add the rice. Simmer until ready. Sprinkle with finely crushed, pre-toasted on fire, dry red pepper (maybe hot). After 2-3 minutes, remove the soup from the heat and sprinkle with chopped parsley or mint. The soup can be made in another way - all products without pepper and spices, put in boiling salted water. Once the rice is cooked, add the above manner. * When serving can be added spoonful of yogurt or a little crumbled feta cheese.
