Vegan Soup orache

Ingredients
1 handful salt bush
few sorrel leaves - optional
1 onion (1-2 scallions)
1 small carrot
1 stalk celery
potato 1
2 tbsp rice
1- 2 canned tomatoes
3 tbsp sunflower oil
parsley
salt (or 2 bouillon cubes of your choice)

Method
At 1.2 liters of boiling water, put the oil, chopped onion, carrot, celery stalks and parsley, potato, rice and salt (bouillon cubes). When the rice is tender, add the chopped tomatoes and salt bush. Simmer for 5-6 minutes. Sprinkle with chopped celery leaves and parsley.

so I prepare soup and dock / lopush / :)

These and other zelenishi. Now comes the moment of salt bush and nettles and docks switched to it. In fact, of all zelenishi I have a weakness for salt bush / especially one that I - a pale green /. Prepare salads, soups, vegetable and meat dishes, Cabbage rolls, pie, etc.

In the last days of Lent again offer this delicious meatless soup / no that can not be consumed in other days! / :)
