Sardine in the oven

Ingredients
1 kg of fish sardine (sardine)
salt
20 g oregano or savory
oil
1 lemon
Sardine in the oven

Method
Clean the heads of the fish and arrange in pan. Add salt and sprinkle with oregano. Places put small pieces of lemon (optional). Use olive oil, enough to moisten the fish. Bake for about 30 minutes at 180 C.
