Apple layered cake with tea biscuits

Ingredients
4 large apples
300 g tea biscuits (2 packages)
400 g sour cream
1 tsp cinnamon
the juice of 1/2 lemon
vanilla

Method
Apples are peeled and grated of large-scale grater in an adequate cake round shape. Add the lemon juice (to not tarnish apples). Biscuits crushed (or lysis), and add in an apple. The mixture is sprinkled with cinnamon. Mix everything well and formed base. Cream mix with vanilla and applied on the base. Smooth the surface and leave the cake in the fridge for at least 4-5 hours.
