Ingredients
1 large quince
apples 2
3 tbsp sugar
1/2 tsp cinnamon optional
1/3 cup water

Method
Cut quince and apples into quarters and remove part of the seed. Then cut quarters of 2-3 thick slices (crescent) and arrange the fan in the pan, alternating piece quince with a piece of apple. Mix the sugar with the cinnamon and sprinkle fruit on top. Pour water. Put the pan on top BBQ for 20 minutes at 200C. Instead of sugar you can use 2-3 tbsp melted honey.
