Ingredients
1 egg
1 cup yogurt
1 cup sugar
5-6 tbsp sunflower oil
2 cup flour
baking powder 1
1 and 1/2 tbsp cinnamon
rind of 1 orange
1/2 cup copper flooding
dusting - coconut or pearls

Method
Since these products is mixed cake batter, which is poured into small rectangular baking dish (form) - greased with sunflower oil. Bake in a moderate oven. After removing the finished cake from the oven, pour it still warm with honey and sprinkle with coconut or pearls. The honey will absorb handing wonderful aroma and flavor. * You can serve with pieces of orange. * Honey is just gravy, do not put honey in the dough.
