Vanilla muffins

Ingredients
1 and 1/4 cup (250 g) flour
100 g butter
100 g almonds
1/4 cup (50 g) sugar
pinch of salt
1 egg
1 vanilla powder
powdered sugar

Method
Almonds are ground. From the products (no vanilla and powdered sugar) was kneaded dough is allowed to rest in the cold for at least 30 minutes. Form a roll, cut into evenly sized pieces that turn of horns and bake low oven until golden color. More hot pressed into a powdered sugar mixed with vanilla.

These cookies are a nice memory of my mother, who was Austrian. The products are: 250 g flour, 125 g butter (margarine), 180 g ground walnuts, '60 powdered sugar, 2. ?ytsa 2 vanillin. Grilling left almost white.

Almonds I substituted with ground walnuts. When baking muffins should be almost white.

Very aromatic and with a great taste of almonds :) became very delicious!

I was able to do for New Year's, but with walnuts. Very good! Will definitely try and almonds!
