Stuffed peppers with potatoes

Ingredients
10-12 peppers
6-7 potatoes
1-2 onions
sunflower oil
pepper
savory
basil

Method
Carophyll Peel and boil. Prepare mashed potatoes. Season with basil, black pepper and savory mix. Mix with chopped onions. Peppers filled with stuffing, rank in greased pan and pour a little sunflower oil. In pan pour 1-2 cm warm water and peppers bake 15-20 minutes in a preheated 200 ° C oven.

Very nice recipe. I peppers stuffed with minced meat, cheese, rice, potatoes but was not tried. It was great! I added a little cheese in the filling and sprinkled chushletata top after baked. With yogurt goes extra.

I did them last year for Christmas Eve and much liked. Only stifle the onion and leeks and so confused with potatoes, basil missed. In pan poured cabbage juice.

I neglected to add that I used roasted peppers.
