Pumpkin candy

Ingredients
2.5 kg pumpkin - violin
200 g of milk
1 tsp salt
600 g sugar
30 ml glucose
1 capsule vanilla
1 pinch cinnamon
1 pinch nutmeg
400 g soft butter
50 g walnuts
Method
Pumpkin is boiled and then passaged. Thereto are added the remaining products. Stir until homogeneous. Plants in a buttered baking dish, pressing well. After two hours, cut into cubes. Optional can sprinkle with coconut.
