Pizza dough with beer Didka

Ingredients
150 ml warm water
200 ml beer
25 g yeast
1 egg
1 tsp salt
1 tsp sugar
flour medium soft dough

Method
Yeast dissolves in water and beer. Add beaten eggs, salt and sugar. Put 500 g flour and allowed to rise. When finished interfere with flour as needed for medium soft dough. Rises again. The dough is taken as needed about 1 pizza and garnish optional. From this dough are 4 large pizzas - plunk much.

pizza remains mekichka and then as cool!

dough is deliciously (straight was my favorite). I do not put the egg (Lent), but again was very tasty. Thanks for the good recipe.

Today we're back in this pizza recipe. I did a test and 4 mines, but I got a cupcake. Since I found this recipe I have not done a traditional pizza dough, but there are always some *Didka* :)

Tonight I decided to do the dough is really very successful. Cake layer was crunchy and at the same time was not dry.

What I left the dough in the freezer froze it and today it did some great pies with cheese. Were very tasty!
