Sponge cake with avocado

Ingredients
1 1/2 cups white flour
1/2 cup cocoa
2-3 tbsp coconut
1-2 pinches salt
3 tsp baking powder
60 g soft butter
20 ml olive oil
1 cup sugar
1 ripe avocado
3 large eggs at room temperature
1 vanilla
1 cup milk

Method
Heated the oven to 180C degrees. Subtract the egg and the butter to be of the room temperature. In bowl, mix flour, baking powder, cocoa, coconut and salt. In a large bowl with mixer break up the butter and olive oil with the sugar until they are fluffy. Add avocados and break up again. And begin to add eggs one by one before last and add vanilla. Without stopping the mixer Add dry ingredients twice after the first half then add milk. Pour the mixture into cake form with baking paper, reducing the degree to 170C and bake about 50 minutes or until toothpick comes out dry.

It sounds very interesting this recipe, but I know that the heat treatment avocados bitter. The picture is great, but the cake really how it taste?
