Spring rolls

Ingredients
400 g flour
400 ml water
salt
100 g chicken breasts
3 small zucchini
3 carrots
4 leaves of fresh cabbage
1 roasted and peeled peppers
1/2 onion or 2 sticks fresh
1 tbsp sugar, 1 tbsp soya 1 tbsp sake

Method
Stir the flour into a bowl with water and a little salt to obtain a homogeneous mixture (type boza). In a hot pan bake an oily medium or small pancakes without roast. Cut the cabbage, onions, meat, peppers, zucchini and carrots into small strips. In a deep skillet or wok put a little olive oil or butter fry them. Add soy, salt, sugar and sake and a few tablespoons of water and cook nice, if necessary, add more water until completely soft vegetables. Take one of the peel lightly fold the edges of the inside and put the filling rolled in a preheated oil and fry on both sides until golden.

The same thing I do, and I only use of fine sheet Bella ... actually becomes very tasty ...
