Mushroom omelette with milk-garlic sauce

Ingredients
500 g mushrooms
5 eggs
150 g cheese
300 g yogurt
3-4 cloves garlic
dill
pepper, salt
butter

Method
Mushrooms are cleaned, cut into in large pieces and fry in butter, until liquid evaporates. Eggs are broken, add grated cheese, cold mushrooms, pepper and salt. The mixture is poured in a well heated, an oily stick pan. Fry for a few minutes on each side. Grind the garlic with salt. Add to the yogurt with chopped dill. The resulting sauce is served with the omelet.

Vanya, you pour the entire mixture once a thick omelet pan or in individual portions - less Qty? I would add and thyme - goes as spice mushrooms. Very nice, easy and delicious (judging Protection Products) recipe! :)

The mixture of this soup 3 or 4 times (depending on the batch), but not the entire amount at one time. I hope you stay satisfied with the result.
