Ingredients
500 g minced meat
10 potatoes
2 red peppers
1 carrot
2-3 tbsp mayonnaise
2-3 tbsp ketchup
100-150 g cheese
3 slices of stale bread
oregano , cumin, savory, black pepper, mint, salt
sunflower oil or olive oil
20-30 g butter or margarine

Method
Put the minced meat in a container suitable for kneading her. To it add the slices of bread previously crushed in a blender, mint, pepper, oregano, savory, cumin. Knead it well and let aside. Peel the potatoes, add salt them and boil them. Once they have finished blend them and add the butter to the already finished mashed potatoes. Then put in blender coarsely diced peppers and carrots to be cut slightly. If you do not have a blender can cut them into thin. We take Teflon pan, greased it with sunflower oil or olive oil optional and began to put the products in the following way: first spread evenly minced meat on it put mayonnaise and ketchup and in distributing them everywhere with a spoon. Then spread the mixture of peppers and carrots and top send down potato puree. Sprinkle with oregano and bake in a preheated oven at 200C degrees for 20-25 minutes. Once the food has pozapeklo but gently spread the grated cheese and bake again for 10 minutes.
